On 7th January 2009, the British Council organised a talk on “What to expect and how to prepare for the Chevening Scholarship interview”. The main speaker was Ms Karen Maddocks, the British Embassy Chevening Officer in Hanoi, who has been a member of the Chevening interview panel for the last 3 years. The objective of the talk was to help every one to have an equal opportunity to perform to their best abilities when coming for the interview.
 
Approximately 100 people attended the talk and most of them were Chevening candidates for the 2009/10 academic year. The talk provided very useful information to help prepare for the interview.
