VTTN Resources
VTTN resource books
There is a set of TN resource books in each
province. These cover many aspects of teaching, from
theory and methodology to practical classroom
activities.
New books of particular relevance to the “Teaching
Receptive Skills” workshops are:
• ‘How to Teach Pronunciation’ – Gerald Kelly
(Longman) (With CD) An excellent book with
clear descriptions and lots of practical
ideas to help teachers with what is one of
the biggest problem areas for students!
• ‘LISTEN HERE!’ With 2CDs – Clare West
(Georgian Press). This is a useful book for
supplementing your course books. It is full
of lively listening activities featuring
different accents
Please contact your provincial ELT specialist or
co-ordinator for more information.
