Evaluation Questionnaire

Please spend some time considering and answering the following questions in order for us to better understand and improve on the services that VTTN provide. We would be grateful if you could return the forms by post so that we can include detailed feedback in our evaluation report. Feel free to write your responses in either English or Vietnamese.
The first two hundred responses out of the mailbag will receive a special VTTN prize!
